Tissue Box Project
HK Ifeel Technology was tasked with redesigning the packaging for a client's tissue box product to reduce costs while maintaining the original design essence. The company undertook a detailed analysis of the current packaging and identified opportunities to improve production efficiency. A key innovation was the introduction of a new method that strategically separated production stages, allowing for a more streamlined process and reduced waste.

Disposable Catering Packing
HK Ifeel Technology was commissioned by a European client to source and deliver bulk quantities of recyclable disposable plates and cutlery. The substantial volume of the order justified the exclusive booking of a manufacturing plant for several months. A critical requirement from the client was the strict confidentiality of their branding during the manufacturing process, to prevent the factory from leveraging this branding to attract business from the client's competitors.

To address this, Ifeel devised a strategy where the products were manufactured unbranded and then transported to a separate location for branding and packaging. This approach ensured that the client's branding remained secure and was only applied in a controlled environment, thereby mitigating any risk of brand misuse. This meticulous planning by HK Ifeel Technology not only met the client's demands for bulk, recyclable catering products but also safeguarded their brand integrity throughout the process.
Glass Bottle Sourcing
HK Ifeel Technology undertook a project for a client needing to source glass bottles for cosmetic products without the budget or volume necessary for direct factory orders. The challenge was to source high-quality bottles that would give the products a premium look while staying within a tight budget and avoiding excess inventory.

To achieve this, Ifeel leveraged its network of suppliers to find suitable glass bottles that met both the quality standards and cost constraints of the client. Additionally, Ifeel assisted in procuring and designing upscale labels that enhanced the bottles' premium appearance. By coordinating with smaller-scale manufacturers and managing the supply chain efficiently, Ifeel ensured the client could obtain their packaging materials without overordering, thus keeping the project within the allocated budget. This strategic approach allowed the client to present a premium product in the market while adhering to their financial limits.
Tooling Design And Service
HK Ifeel Technology managed a project to design and manufacture a product mold while ensuring the protection of the design. The company initiated the process by securing design protection rights in China, safeguarding the intellectual property before production. They then used the client’s CAD drawings to create the precise mold with a specialized mold manufacturer. Upon completion, HK Ifeel facilitated an agreement with a plastic manufacturer to use the mold for production, ensuring that the design remained exclusive and confidential throughout the manufacturing process. This strategic approach allowed HK Ifeel to efficiently protect the client's design and streamline the production setup.
